With several calibration rigs, our services are ideal for verifying and calibrating water utility and industrial flow meters. We deliver calibrations accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and offer some of the lowest measurement uncertainties commercially available in the UK.

Each rig is fully traceable to national standards, and three UKAS accredited gravimetric rigs ensure confidence, impartiality, and reliability for audits, inspections, and assessments. We can calibrate both mass and volume flow instruments, for batch collection and rate of flow. Our facility supports all types of water flow meters, with capabilities ranging from just 1 ml/hour to 4000 litres/min, with associated measurement uncertainty as low as ± 0.1%. We can also test water meters compliant to OIML R49-2.

In our environmentally controlled laboratories, calibrations are available for instruments up to DN150, across a UKAS accredited range from 1 ml/hr to 1000 l/min; this range can extend to 4000 l/min traceable to National Standards.
